GUM TREEZ PUB & GRILL
GumTreez Pub & Grill is owner-managed by Greg and Tracey Austin and is situated on the White River side of Casterbridge Centre under huge Gum Trees.
The Pub and Grill is designed to cater for all tastes and is split into several units, each with it's own unique atmosphere.
The Lulu Coffee Shop serves a range of real Arabica coffees as well as breakfasts and tea-time treats.
A traditional pub area with Bar and Captain's tables serves a full range of drinks with the coldest, freshest Draught Beer in the Lowveld.
The dining room offers a quiet , formalised eating experience for those special family occasions.
Two large outdoor areas include a covered deck as well as a Bushveld-style boma where you can meet the locals. The deck and bar areas provide large-screen televisions for sporting events, while the boma area will have a large bushveld-style fire on cold nights.
Menus are based on good home-cooking and South African Favourites. Pub Grub includes items like snack baskets, fish and chips, curry and rice, bunny chow and our famous mussel chowder. The menu includes Hot and Cold Starters as well as a range of steaks, seafood, pasta, poultry, desserts and dessert drinks. The menu has several vegetarian dishes.
GumTreez is child friendly and has a secure playground area.
GumTreez opens every day of the week at 10:00 Mon - Fri and 09:00 Sat, Sun and Public Hols. Kitchen Closes at 21:00 Mon - Sat and 14:30 on Sundays.
